My PayPal payment failed and I now have no payment options

This will be because you have pre-authorised payments so money is collected automatically. I can see that the reason the payment failed is because it cannot find an available source on your PayPal account. I would suggest that because of the pre-authorisation, you add a secondary source to your PayPal account, once you have made this update the system will try again the next day to collect fees.
