Upcoming payment request report

You can view upcoming payments from within a persons record or via Financials > Upcoming Payment Requests.  The report shows scheduled payment requests for a given date range (default is one month but can customised).   

Options in the report include: 
  • Turn-off email - use this option if you want to turn off the payment request email for the upcoming payment request. 

  • Enter payment request date - if you need to change the upcoming payment request date for an individual, you can by clicking on the date adjacent to the persons name.  

    If you are viewing the report via Financials > Upcoming Payment Request and want to update multiple dates then tick the box next to the names of the people you want to update and then from the tool bar select 'Enter payment request date', select your date and apply.  

  • Change amount to be requested - To change the amount that's due click in to the 'Amount' box and make the amend.  To apply changes across multiple requests, tick the box next to the people's names and select 'Change amount to be requested' from the tool bar.

  • Remove Request - use this option if you want to delete a scheduled payment request.

  • Edit  email template - by clicking on the payment description link you can view the email that will be sent to the member.  If you want to edit this email, you can on an individual basis by clicking on Edit in the Email column in the table or in bulk using the Edit email template option.

  • Print - useful when used in conjunction with the View option that allows you to filter on members with an auto-generated email ID (dummy email address), essentially allowing you to print and post payment requests instead of emailing.

You can also view who has pre-authorised payments and which payments are on ‘auto-renew’ (you can turn the auto-renew function off if you don’t want the system to continue to automatically generate a payment request for future requests.  You can only do this for groups that have the auto-renew option turned on in the first instance).

You can sort the data in the columns by clicking on the column headings.
Note - the system will only show you the next payment due for a person and not all payments due for the person in the given date range.
