This functionality allows you to search and filter by group name which means you can now locate and compare groups based on any text found within the group description. Additionally, you can now search and filter based on the availability within any group.-
To search group data, follow the steps below:
Searching Group Data
Step 1: Go to ‘Members’ then select a group option such as ‘Classes’.
Step 2: Click on ‘New search +’ and select which field you wish to search by - either ‘Group Names’ or ‘Members’.
Step 3: Next, choose your ‘condition’ and enter the value required for your search.
For a search on ‘Group Names’ you will have the following options:
Contains - this will return results containing the data input into the next field, 'Value'.
Does not contain - this will return results excluding the data input into the next field, 'Value'.
For a search using ‘Members’ you will have the following options:
Is equal to - the results are the same as the data input into the next field, 'Value'.
Is not equal to - the results are different to the data input into the next field, 'Value'.
Is greater than - the results are greater than the data input into the next field, 'Value'.
For example, ‘Is greater than 10 members’.
Is less than - the results are less than the data input into the next field, 'Value'.
For example, ‘Is less than 10 members’.
Availability - this will give you two options; to view groups with available spaces and also those without.
Step 4: On the right-hand side of the page you can select the drop-down menu and choose either ‘AND’ or ‘OR’ to add additional search criteria.
By selecting ‘AND’ you can search additional fields.
If you choose ‘OR’ the system will show you candidates based on your initial search field or other criteria.
Next, select the circled ‘+’ to enter the criteria - or, to remove a field, select the bin icon.
Step 5: Click ‘Search’ and your results will be listed below.
Once you have followed the above steps you will have successfully searched for group data.
