How Do I View Attendance History?

In some circumstances, you may wish to view the attendance history for a certain group or member - to find out how to do this, follow the steps below:

 

Attendance History for a Group

 

Step 1: To view the attendance history of a group, you first need to go to ‘Admin’ > ‘Attendance Register’.

Step 2: From here, you will see an icon named ‘Attendance History’. Click on this icon.

Step 3: You will then see ‘Select register’. Choose the register you wish to view the attendance history for. When done, another dropdown will appear asking which group you wish to view the attendance history for. Select the group you wish to view.

Step 4: Your register will appear showing the contacts that have been on the register, their date of birth, and if applicable, you will be able to view any notes that have been made on the contacts’ record. You will also see a column titled ‘Attendance’. Under this column, you will see the same number of icons for the number of sessions the attendance register has recorded.

Step 5: If you hover over the icons you will see which session the icon relates to.

Icons:

  • Green tick - the contact attended the session.
  • Red ‘X’ - the contact was marked as absent from the session.
  • Grey ‘X’ - the contact was not in the group at the time of recording, is no longer in the group or no attendance was recorded for the session.

Attendance History for an Individual

 

Step 1: To view attendance history for an individual, you first need to go to the member’s record.

Step 2: From here, you need to hover over ‘Member’ and choose ‘Attendance History’.

Step 3: You will then see all the registers for the classes the member has attended. This table will show you the register name, the classes the member has been in and the attendance history icons. If applicable, there will also be a link to view any notes made on the contacts’ record.

Step 4: If you hover over the icons you will see which session the icon relates to.

Icons:

  • Green tick - the contact attended the session.
  • Red ‘X’ - the contact was marked as absent from the session.
  • Grey ‘X’ - the contact was not in the group at the time of recording, is no longer in the group or no attendance was recorded for the session.

Once you have followed these instructions you will have successfully viewed attendance history.
